Our 1 hour Puppy Pilates class includes a 40minute Pilates session, where you can move, stretch and unwind while our adorable puppies roam around the room and join in the fun. The final 20 minutes are all about puppy cuddles, playtime and photos, giving you plenty of time to enjoy some special moments with out little guests.

Yes. The health and welfare of our puppies is our highest priority. All puppies attending our sessions come from responsible sources and receive appropriate veterinary care, health checks, and vaccinations in line with their age and veterinary guidance. We only work with puppies that are healthy, happy, and suitable for a social environment.

Our classes are designed to be accessible for most people. With our guidance you can move at your own comfort level. You are more than free to take breaks and work in a way that is suitable for you.

Yes. The puppies welfare is our top priority. All puppies are supervised, have regular rest breaks, access to water and are cared for by experienced handlers.

Absolutely! There will be plenty of opportunities to cuddle and play with the puppies as well as capture all the adorable moments, feel free to take plenty of photos and videos throughout your experience and share your Puppy Pilates memories with us.

No! We’ll have a range of different puppy breeds joining us at Paws on Cloud 9. Some weekends you may see the same little faces, but our puppy guests will change over time as they grow. This means every visit can bring a new furry friend to meet, cuddle and make memories with!

Each class will have 12 participants. We will be running 2 classes on Saturday & 2 classes on Sunday.

No, you dont need to bring anything we have all the supplies needed for you. Just bring yourself and your emotional support water bottle. Make sure to wear comfortable clothing.

To ensure a calm and relaxing experience our guests must be aged 18+ to participate. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding attendance for younger participants.

Can pregnant women participate?

Our pilates classes are generally considered safe for pregnant women to attend. However we recommend that you consider this with your healthcare provider.

Please be aware that our sessions involve close interaction with puppies and take place in an environment where dogs are present.

As a result, dog hair, dander, and other common allergens may be present throughout the venue. If you have allergies, asthma, or any other medical condition that may be affected by exposure to dogs, we recommend consulting your healthcare provider before booking.

By attending, guests acknowledge that they are responsible for assessing their own suitability to participate and should bring any necessary medication with them. If you have any concerns prior to booking, please don’t hesitate to contact us and we’ll be happy to help.

Cleanliness is extremely important to us. Our studio and equipment are thoroughly cleaned and sanitised between sessions, and any accidents are dealt with immediately. Hand sanitiser is available throughout the venue, and guests are encouraged to wash or sanitise their hands before and after interacting with the puppies. We work hard to maintain a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for both our guests and puppies.

The safety of both our guests and puppies is at the heart of everything we do. All sessions are supervised by trained staff, and guests are provided with guidance on how to safely and respectfully interact with the puppies. Puppies have access to water, rest breaks, and quiet spaces throughout the event, and we carefully manage group sizes to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.

Classes are non refundable unless there is a serious reason as to why you are not able to attend. This must be given with a 24 hour notice to insure our process runs smoothly.

While we do everything possible to create a safe and enjoyable environment, puppies are naturally playful and still learning. As a result, there is a small chance that guests may experience minor scratches, nips during the session. All puppies are carefully supervised, and their welfare and your safety are our top priorities. By attending, guests acknowledge the nature of interacting with young animals and agree to follow all staff guidance and handling instructions. Before taking part we provide a waiver for our customers to sign regarding risks.
